Robert Grace
Hi my name is Robert Grace and I would love to be your dance teacher. I have been hanging around dance studios, artists, and musicians since I was baby and find there is nothing like being on a dance floor. I have been teaching dance for over 5 years and I have my master level certification for American Style Smooth and Rhythm. I also have a strong background in Ballet, Jazz Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, and many other movement techniques. I have truly been gifted to become a dancer and teacher and would enjoy sharing my knowledge and ability to help guide anyone to better body awareness and freedom of movement. My training and work experience includes starting in my first year with Ron Montez, Bob Powers, Julia Gorchakova, Jenell Maranto, David Kloss, to name a few. I have also worked for Tony Meredith at Dance Times Square and have been trained for a few seasons at the Ailey school of dance, Steps on Broadway, and Broadway Dance Center. I would love to share my dancing with anyone who has the motivation and the desire to learn something new or brush up on some old moves. Hope to see you at the studio. Love Light Dance Robert Grace
Lisa Marie
At a young age, Lisa Marie loved to dance. This was apparent in her rendition of Laura Branigan’s “Gloria” as she danced and sang her little heart out. Lisa Marie’s love of dancing led her to be a dance choreographer and performer. Her musical and martial arts training also created a solid foundation for her ballroom where musicality, rhythm, movement and proper technique are incorporated.
Lisa Marie is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild and has worked on various feature films with many well known celebrities. She danced in Bride Wars (featuring Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway) and performed a dance routine in the film Soul Purpose.
Lisa Marie is the instructor for the kids program, works with wedding couples and teaches group and adult lessons. She strives to bring out the best in her students by gently guiding them through the learning process. Lisa Marie wants her students to be confident, comfortable and most importantly have fun.
“If we haven’t met please introduce yourself, I would love the opportunity to meet and dance with you and create fun, exciting, dance memories.”
